Violet works with each client on the shape of the event, the important transitions, and the music that should carry them. Packages below are for solo acoustic harp.
01 / Packages
Each package reserves the event date and includes Violet's preparation, performance, acoustic harp, transport readiness, and ordinary setup and breakdown. Pricing is by engagement, not only by minutes played. Travel is calculated from the venue address before payment.
Acoustic harp for the arrival of guests, processional, ceremony, recessional, and a short postlude.
Acoustic ceremony music followed by a live harp set during photographs, drinks, or the opening of the reception.
A live acoustic harp set for a dinner, proposal, memorial, gallery, care community, or small gathering.
A focused acoustic program for a corporate event, cultural program, school, community presentation, or formal gathering.
02 / Sound and venue
The listed packages do not include amplification. If the room, guest count, or venue requires amplified sound, contact Violet before booking.
An amplified performance requires a different rented harp, additional transport, more setup and breakdown time, and a qualified sound operator. A venue DJ may fill that role when properly equipped and qualified. Otherwise, a separate operator must be hired.
Amplified performances, additional musicians, rehearsals, difficult access, weather protection, and unusual production requirements receive a custom quote.
